What is Needed Before Starting:

1. -Birth Certificate
2. -Updated Passport Style Picture of Player (Facing forward, NO Hats or Sunglasses)
3. -Insurance Card

Step 1 – Training Fees and Membership:

For Training and Membership Fees, you can go to squareonesoccer.com/academy-club where you can read more about our programs and then sign up. Or you can sign up through the direct link on the homepage of squareonesoccer.com

For Players Approved by Coach to Compete in Travel Games and Tournaments, Please Complete Step 2 and Step 3. For Players that are training ONLY, your signup is now Complete.

Step 2 – Out of State Approval (ONLY for players that do not live in WV):

If you are a resident of KENTUCKY or OHIO, you must complete an additional registration to be released from your state. Please see the links
below and fill out the OUT OF STATE PLAYER PERMISSION FORM (not the guest player form). *KY has a fee of $35

Step 3 – Player’s Card:

In order to play in any game, Player Card Registration is required for your player. Player cards are required by the state to participate in games against other teams. If your player is planning to participate in tournaments, we ask that you register your player as soon as possible. To register for your Player’s Card, Navigate to ‘PLAYER CARD REGISTRATION’ under the ADDITIONAL INFO Menu Tab at SquareOneSoccer.com. During registrations you will be required to use a GotSport account that can be created during registration. The fee for WVSA player cards is $50.00.
