Our specialized personal training programs consists of players being coached for an hour long, by experienced, licensed and professional soccer coaches.
Training mainly focuses on proper ball handling through a variety of task skills like dribbling, Juggling, Passing, Speed & Agility, plus much more.
Players are advised to book for at least 8 sessions for the program to be most effective, although individual sessions are available.
Stop ball from pass with either foot

Each training session will last one (1) hour.
Sessions offered throughout the week.
Small Group sessions are $15 a session per player.
