Get back to the basics with Square One Sports. We offer weekly small group training sessions during the months of June and July to help players develop attributes such as ball control, speed, and agility.
Minimum of 4 players and a maximum of 10 players
Trainings will focus on ball control skills alongside speed and agility.
Each training session will last one (1) hour.
Multiple sessions are offered throughout the week and training times vary per age division. Please read below.
